What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only PayPal payment.

Do you design your cards yourself?

Yes, we do. All our cards are all designed and handcrafted by us, here in our studio in London.

Is it possible to have one of your birthday cards turned into a thank you card?

Yes, it is possible. All our designs, including birthday cards, can be personalised on front and can be used as a thank you card or depending of your needs.

Can you make one of your cards with different colour?

Yes, it is possible for some of our cards to be customised using different colours of ribbons, flowers, pictures, etc. Please let us know which design you are particularly interested in, your colour theme, and we will get back to you with possible customisation options.

Can I place an order on the phone?

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to take orders over the phone at the moment.  All orders need to be placed via our website. If you are having trouble placing an order online, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to help you in every possible way to fix any issues you may be having. 

I’ve made a mistake in my order. Can I make an amendment?

We are pretty quick at making our cards and posting them out. If you've noticed any mistakes in your order confirmation email, please contact us as soon as you can and we'll do our very best to apply your changes before dispatch. Unfortunately it is not possible to make any alterations to your order after it is dispatched.

When will my order be sent?

If you place your Card order before 5pm we will post it the same day. If your card order is placed after 5pm it will be sent the next working day unless it is a Friday where it will be sent Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

We reserve the right to adjust daily order cut-off times during seasonal peaks such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day.

What is the Estimated Delivery date?

This is the date that we estimate Royal Mail will deliver your item. This is only an estimated date and cannot be guaranteed. Royal Mail state that 93% of 1st Class mail will be delivered the next working day after posting but they are unable to provide a guaranteed service. For a guaranteed next day delivery they recommend Special Delivery. If you have selected to use the standard 1st class postage we request that you allow up to 3 days for delivery.

My order still hasn’t arrived!

All our items are sent First Class via Royal Mail who undertake to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day afters posting but they are unable to provide a guaranteed service. For a guaranteed next day delivery they recommend Special Delivery. If you have selected to use the standard 1st class postage we request that you allow upto 3 days for delivery. If you have still not received your items after 3 days please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Please be aware that if your product is larger than our standard A5 cards (A4 cards, albums, boxes etc) they may not have been delivered due to them not being able to fit through your letter box or nobody being at home. If this is the case, a calling card should have been left by the Royal Mail to inform you that they have taken your item back to the depot.

My order has arrived and is incorrect

At Tedy Unique Art we hope that every customer is happy with the quality of their order. However if there appears to be a problem with your order please contact the us as soon as you are aware of it. We will need your order number and registered email address to resolve any queries you can have so please include this in your communication. If you also include information about the fault then this will also help with a speedy resolution.

Do you sell your cards wholesale?

Sorry, we do not sell our handmade items to wholesale trade at the moment.

Will you include an invoice with 'Send direct to recipient' order?

We do not include any sales receipts, invoices, dispatch notes or other paper work with 'Send Direct to Recipient' orders. However, please let us know if you need such invoice for yourself, and we will send it to you by email. 

Can I buy two cards as one order to be sent to two different addresses?

Unfortunately no. You'll need to place two separate orders if you wish to send your cards to two different addresses to make sure that VAT and delivery charges calculated correctly.

Do you ship internationally?

We post our cards to most countries in the world. If you have any doubts, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether your country is on our delivery list.

What is your return policy?

We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your Tedy Unique Art purchase. We carefully produce our items of the highest quality and describe our products in as much detail as possible to avoid any disappointment when they arrive. If you need to return your order, you must do so within 14 days of receipt.

To request a return, please contact us,  state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you how to return your goods.
